I. Daily Maintenance

1.1 Before each use, sterilize the working tip, silicone sleeve, and wrench accessories in a steam sterilizer at 134°C and 0.22 MPa.

1.2 After treatment, use the wrench to remove the working tip. Wipe the working tip, silicone sleeve, and wrench with an alcohol swab to remove any blood residues.

1.3 After treatment, turn off the power promptly. Use a clean cloth dampened with water to wipe the surface of the device.

II. Periodic Maintenance

2.1 Replace the working tip regularly. A damaged or heavily worn tip may reduce vibration performance. It is recommended to replace the tip after use in no more than 20 root canals.

2.2 Replace the silicone sleeve regularly. The recommended replacement cycle is every 6 months.

III. Sterilization Instructions

3.1 Disinfect the working tip, silicone sleeve, and wrench with alcohol. Soak a clean dry gauze in 70%-80% ethanol, then wipe the surfaces to be disinfected twice. Allow 3 minutes for disinfection time. Let air dry naturally or use a clean, dry cloth to remove any remaining disinfectant.

3.2 Sterilize the working tip, silicone sleeve, and wrench in a high-temperature, high-pressure steam sterilizer at 134°C, 2.2 bar (0.22 MPa) for 4 minutes.

3.3 The maximum number of sterilization cycles is 250 times.

3.4 The following disinfection methods are strictly prohibited:

Boiling in any liquid solution

Soaking in iodine, alcohol, glutaraldehyde, or other disinfectant solutions

Heating in ovens or microwave ovens

IV. Precautions for Use

4.1 Do not attach or detach the working tip while it is vibrating.

4.2 The working tip must be tightly secured before use.

4.3 Do not bend or grind the working tip.

4.4 Stop using the device if a harsh whistling sound occurs during use.

4.5 Do not apply excessive pressure when performing root canal irrigation.

V. Protection and Storage

5.1 Handle and store the product with care. Keep it away from sources of vibration and store it in a cool, dry, well-ventilated environment.

5.2 Do not store the product with toxic, corrosive, flammable, or explosive materials.

5.3 Store the product in an environment with a temperature between -20°C and 55°C, relative humidity between 0% and 90%, and atmospheric pressure between 70 kPa and 160 kPa.
